Our mission is to provide opportunity to millions of people using real food, modern restaurants and the utmost respect for people to facilitate a community of employees and customers to connect, eat, mentor and pay it forward.
We want to help staff reach their career goals quickly and effectively by offering them a career accelerated training “CAP” program to begin a productive cycle within the community.
This new model was founded on a belief that we can combine a for profit restaurant with a higher purpose. That higher purpose being to support, increase success rates and accelerate people into the careers they want. CAP includes above average pay, flexible scheduling, time-limited employment terms, general workplace cultural training, and most importantly, mentorship in their career path.
